- How does billing work for companies?
- You get one all-inclusive price and one invoice from us. It covers every vendor, our planning and coordination, and estimated taxes. We book and pay the vendors, so your finance team deals with a single supplier.
- Do you handle AV, stage and lighting?
- Yes. We book and coordinate microphones, screens, staging and lighting, and we schedule an AV check before guests arrive.
- We already have a venue or a hotel ballroom. Can you still help?
- Yes. We work with the venue team on layout, catering and timing, and your quote will not include a venue cost.
- How far ahead should we book?
- For larger corporate events, three to six months ahead gives you the widest choice of venues and vendors, especially for holiday parties. Shorter timelines are possible, and a rush fee applies to events less than 30 days away.
